做法:

1、鸡腿去皮去骨后切成丁,放入料酒、盐、一半淀粉,抓匀后码味;大葱白切丁;黄瓜用小刀刮去表面的刺后对剖开,挖去里面的籽,切成丁;干辣椒切段;姜、蒜均切片;将酱油、白糖、醋、剩下的淀粉、三大匙水兑成滋汁
