操作提示:一定要加热水。如果加冷水会使锅内的小排急剧收缩,难以入味,也不容易烧烂。

个人一点小建议,去腥可以用一点芦荟肉,原料再加一瓶啤酒

其实这个菜,上锅炖一下,口感会更好,让蛋充分吸收肉的香味,排骨最好选精排,带脆骨那种,这样吃着更好~
