翡翠银芽炒面
这里说的翡翠就是蒜苔(因为有绿有白,我就给它起这个好听的名字),银芽就绿豆芽,面就是在菜场买的蒸熟的面条.先来张PP,好让大家看得清楚J"l3P

等油热冒烟的时候放入干辣椒和花椒炝锅,不用放葱蒜这些料,因为我用的是蒜苔

倒入蒜苔和绿豆芽翻炒,加入盐,生抽,味精,待菜熟了以后加入少量的水,以免炒面的时候粘锅:WQk8H+z[$he]h
