1、猪里脊(也可以用牛里脊)切片,注意原则横切牛羊,竖切猪,猪肉要顺着纹理切成片,拍上一层薄淀粉备用

2、葱姜蒜末下油锅翻炒出香味,放入豆瓣酱编炒一分钟
