原料:乳鸽一只。

制法:1.乳鸽洗净,用生抽,少许酒,姜,葱,味精,盐。腌制。(内外擦匀。葱,姜塞乳鸽肚子里腌制15分钟)

2.起锅下油,将乳鸽两面煎至金黄色。
