3、放容器中任其自然发酵至有酸腐味到(大约1-2天)S~^e~_V7`

4、芹菜洗净焯水切粒;黄豆加盐、八角煮熟;干芝麻叶用热水浸泡回软,洗净,继续用热水浸泡2小时,V*w1lVfG-c/uc0q+g

5、发酵好的粉浆到锅中把煮至80℃的时候,浆水的表层泛起一层白沫,这时,要淋一点香油,再用勺子轻轻打浆,浆沫消失后,浆体就变得细腻光滑,下入面条、芝麻叶、盐,煮5分钟,加鸡精。Ber5w._#^TC+^k

自己做粉浆啊,还挺麻烦,我以为是做粉条剩下的粉浆呢。

哎呀,酸味儿的么?实在不敢尝试,万一没发酵好的话后果不堪设想啊
