美食第二帖--家常回锅肉
原料:带皮五花肉、蒜苗(已切段)、陴县豆瓣、永川豆豉,老抽、姜,料酒、白糖、盐、味精、面酱、花椒c`aG1W o

五花肉下沸水,加花椒、姜片、胡椒,按肉块厚薄,煮15-20分钟,捞起晾凉(注意,一定要晾凉再切,容易切,煮过肉的汤用来煮萝卜、冬瓜等,味道也很棒)
