2、肉趁热将酱汁刷在肉皮上,为了上色,要反复多刷几次

3、刷好酱汁的肉一定要控干水分,这步很重要,很多MM在炸肉皮的时候都被溅起的油烫过,我是用厨房专用纸巾来吸干,肉入锅以后最好还是把锅盖盖上,安全第一。
